My Major, Civilization

I would tell to introduce my major,civilization.

In my major we study religion,philosophy and culture. My major has great various lectures. We can chose the lecture that we would like to get.

Compared with general reasons, I guess the reason to chose my major is a little strange. Since, I was high school students, I like reading books, especially, world serious literature. When I was reading these books, It hit on me that I couldn’t appreciate literary pleasure, if I wouldn’t understand cultural background. So I came to think I would like to study  various cultures of the world, then I belonged to my major of civilization.

This major is suitable for me like the curious. I like this major.
